Chapter 5: Friendships with Love on the top

My memories of eating with Kak Euggenie and Shu

Life in UPM KB, is quite crazy but there were moments that even a tough manly DKHP girl like me feel so unbearable and weak. When you feel that hope was as near as none, there is always a slight of hope and love to comfort me.

My block mates, roommate , course mates and people that are so dear to me have help me so much in growing in an unknown environment with a shake future up ahead. There were moments which makes me feel like I wanted to cry, they were the ones that gave me their shoulder to lean on. And there were also moments that I wanted to give up, but they help me to stand and guide me away from my worries.

And those are the things that I cherish the most here. Being able to meet such wonderful people and knowing that they are there to ease your worries, that is the strength that us UPM KB students are living. Not just by heart, even effort of work done can also be accomplish. Here in campus, we depend on other courses for help whether you are not even from the same class or block. But don't think that you can't really get actual love happening in the air, cause believe me, that happens pretty much possible in anywhere you go including here.

Anyways, I learn that we are really one big huge family of UPM KB and we should always look out for each other. It’s really a great experience. Joining events and enjoying working as a team, it’s like a work of magic that only you can experience in UPM KB.

                                                                 Signing off,
                                                    Maziatul Husna Khairuzaman,
                                                                 (10th generation of UPMKB DKHP)

Be a part of our DKHP family – Tip 1:

Be strong and hold on. That was what I always been remind here in UPM KB. Believe me, I enjoy being here. When I came here in Bintulu, I never thought I would really enjoy the life here. But I guess assuming everything is a wrong deed. Plus, You can’t judge a good book by it’s cover.

But by the end of the first semester, our DKHP seniors shall end their journey here in UPM Campus Bintulu and start their life in UPM Serdang. It was quite sad even if we hardly met.

Friends and family may pass and go, but friendship and love that you gain shall always be for you to cherish. Like a train, you’ll see many people that you met will one day get off the train. But, the views that you share with them along the journey shall only you and those people you met can cherish and make memories.
And to actually see people that you love say their good byes are hard…especially your parents that are always there with you leave you in a place far away from home, is much harder.

But you would meet more people and make more memories. So, why not take the chance and live your life. That was one of my senior’s words before she went off to Serdang. She also told me that here in UPM KB, it’s the start of her DKHP studies and a great deal of meeting people and memories she gain that she would never forget.
